The Right to Know is the foundational principle of self-government. A free people cannot make informed decisions, hold its leaders accountable, or govern its own society without access to the information its government possesses. When that information is withheld — not temporarily, not narrowly, but systematically and indefinitely — self-government is not merely weakened. It is hollowed out.
For more than eight decades, the U.S. government has concealed from the public, the scientific community, and its own elected representatives the reality of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and non-human intelligence (NHI) — along with potentially transformative knowledge in energy, propulsion, and materials science that this concealment has suppressed. Through over-classification, institutional disinformation, and the deliberate stigmatization of those who sought the truth, an apparatus of secrecy has persisted across generations, operating outside constitutional oversight and beyond democratic accountability.
The Right to Know Campaign is built to confront a government that keeps too many secrets and to restore the public’s fundamental right to know what its government knows — beginning with the most consequential information ever withheld from a free people. In a democracy, the Right to Know is not a request. It is the condition that makes self-government possible.
What
We Do
Building the public, legal, and political case for dislosure.

Policy
We develop the governing case for disclosure — grounded in law, democratic principle, and the evidentiary record.

Legislation
We advocate for a legislative framework that delivers independent oversight, enforceable timelines, and lawful recovery of concealed materials and technologies.

Whistleblower Support
We work to establish legal aid, financial support, and protected channels for individuals with direct program knowledge to come forward safely and contribute to the historical record.

Grassroots Action
We mobilize citizens to contact their elected officials, demand transparency, and create the political conditions that make disclosure unavoidable.

Public Education
We provide the research, analysis, and context necessary for informed public discourse on UAP, NHI, and government transparency.
Sworn testimony before Congress has confirmed what the U.S. government has concealed for more than eighty years. Credentialed officials with direct program access have stated — under oath, on the record, and before congressional oversight bodies — that UAP are real, that non-human intelligence exists, and that programs to retrieve and reverse-engineer technologies of unknown origin have operated outside lawful oversight for decades.
Files are being released — but without context, without analysis, and without the institutional architecture that genuine disclosure requires. The window for managed disclosure is narrowing. Artificial intelligence is eroding the government’s monopoly on secrecy. Foreign governments are pursuing their own investigations. The risk of catastrophic, uncontrolled disclosure grows with every month of delay.
The question is no longer whether this information will reach the public. It is whether it arrives through a lawful, accountable process — or through a crisis no one can control.
